NEW YORK STATE SALES TAX
New York State residents will be charged
applicable sales tax. The amount of NY state tax will not be shown on the checkout page here. It will be added when you make
your payment at the PayPal site. Tax-exempt? Buying for resale? No Problem -- as
long as you provide a filled out, SIGNED copy of your ST-120 form.
E-mailing the number will not suffice..
SHIPPING
Our normal shipping method is via USPS.
FedEx can be used by prior arrangement. If you pay by PayPal or postal
money order, your purchase will ship within two business days of
receipt. At holiday times I will work extra hard to ship our items out
within ONE day of cleared payment. Items paid for by personal check
will be held for 10 days, even if it has already cleared your account.
If you need something quickly, please LET ME KNOW, and please pay with
PayPal for fastest service.
INSURANCE
Included in the shipping charge on all
purchases.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
I'm always happy to sell to
international (non-USA addresses) customers. However, because of
Paypal's tracking restrictions, I can NOT accept Paypal for sales from
foreign customers or on shipments outside the USA UNLESS the buyer is
willing to pay for Global Express shipping. Insurance is only available
on express mail or parcel post rates, so no matter how breakable or
valuable -- international customers buy at their own risk unless they
agree to ship express or parcel post. Surface shipping is not
available.
RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
If you feel that the item you received
was not as described, your money will always be refunded as long
as
1) you notify me with the reason for your
dissatisfaction,
2) you return the item WITHIN 3 DAYS OF RECEIPT,
3) you prepay the return shipping, and
4) the item is received back in the same condition as it
was sent.
5) 10% RESTOCKING FEE APPLIES.
Purchase price plus shipping both ways
is refunded if the item is grossly misrepresented. Clarification: If an
item is DAMAGED EN ROUTE I will send you all necessary insurance forms
to make a postal insurance claim. I cannot be responsible for
mishandling by shippers, and "not as advertised" does not cover what
happens to the item once I've shipped it. Purchase price only (no
shipping charge refund) is refunded if the item IS as advertised and
you change your mind or decide that you don't want the item. PLEASE
NOTE: HOLIDAY MERCHANDISE, JEWELRY, CLOTHING AND ACCESSORIES ARE NEVER
RETURNABLE.
All items are subject to prior sale.
